ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, you will partner with established suppliers and integrated vendors who are subcontracted to repackage existing SC Johnson finished goods. You will build and strengthen collaborative relationships with these external manufacturing partners while communicating SC Johnson's expectations for safety, quality, and operational efficiency to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.

You will be accountable for delivering balanced, world-class results across case fill, inventory, and process performance metrics. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to supply planning process excellence, continuous improvement, and Lean principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned External Manufacturers within respective region

  • Drive results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies

  • Optimize inventory and case-fill performance across the end-to-end supply chain

  • Drive decisions and trade-offs that optimize the supply plan, and communicate those decisions to stakeholders

  • Develop constrained and feasible production, distribution, and material requirements plans over the aligned time horizon using SAP and established best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to balance production, inventory, and capacity

  • Master data ownership & compliance

  • Escalate supply and inventory risks to the Supply Interface Manager and identify options to drive resolution

  • Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics

  • Provide monthly inputs and capacity planning in support of the Step 3 planning process

  • Conduct monthly root cause analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned category or cluster and identify and drive corrective actions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of supply chain experience, including internships, or an advanced degree and at least one year of supply chain experience.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Experience in the CPG industry

  • Experience with SAP planning-related modules

  • Experience with Kinaxis and MRP

  • APICS certification, e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTD

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or Access

  • Demonstrated results working in a team-based, cross-functional environment

  • Proven organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, including root cause analysis and Lean principles

  • Ability to contribute effectively to a high-performing team in a collaborative environment

  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, including business process metrics and measures linked to business KPIs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time, first-shift position

  • Remote work is available one day per week following the 90-day onboarding period

  • This role is not eligible for relocation

The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 77,040.00 USD - 101,115.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.
