As a systems engineer on our team, you'll have the chance to design DoDAF or UAF system architecture and support the push for automation in support of development processes and analytics. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize architecture design and automation. On our team, you'll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like MBSE and systems engineering.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience with SysML or Cameo and MBSE methodologies
  • 1+ years of experience with coding and using Java
  • Knowledge of Teamwork Cloud and GitLab
  • Ability to lead architecture working groups and technical interchange meetings to communicate and review architectural models
  • Ability to analyze and model complex systems architectures, ensuring all components and interfaces are accurately represented
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and program managers to gather requirements and comprehend system interactions
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, design, or development, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or CS and 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, design, or development

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Navy systems engineering
  • Experience with coding and application using MBSE
  • Possession of excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
