Requires experience working with Low Earth Orbit instruments (LEO) and data produced by them. This is a remote position.~~~ This position is contingent upon contract award with expected work start in December 2026 ~~~ Required Education/Experience Skills:Must be remote sensing scientist with experience working with Low Earth Orbit instruments and data produced by them.A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or Remote Sensing is preferred.Must have the ability to develop new and innovative science data processing algorithms for processing satellite data into products and services.Must be able to support development/implementation/use of sounding applications in close collaboration with weather forecasters through demonstrations and verification of science products through user engagement. Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements. CompensationAt GST, we celebrate your contributions.
