Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy to pre-screened clients through video conferencing platforms.
• Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Document and track client progress with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining comprehensive records in our client management system.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to stay abreast of current best practices in mental health therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, including consultations with other mental health professionals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. Our client base comprises adults, adolescents, and families who seek support through remote channels. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid and active licensure in the state of Tennessee (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing therapy in a relevant setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits
