This LMFT position is entirely remote, enabling therapists to provide services from the comfort of their own environment while ensuring the utmost convenience for our clients. • Establish and nurture a positive and trusting relationship with patients to foster a safe space for open communication.
• Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders, using comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of each patient's unique circumstances and needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring consistent support and guidance.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, referring clients to specialists and coordinating care when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment protocols in accordance with organizational policies.

In this role, you will work predominantly with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing a multitude of challenges—such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be critical in helping clients navigate their mental health paths, facilitating emotional growth, and promoting healthier lifestyles.

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Knowledge and practical application of evidence-based practices related to mental health and addiction counseling are essential.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with an ability to motivate patients towards their treatment goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Experience in addiction counseling or working with patients who have co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
• A proven track record in developing effective treatment plans and conducting group therapy sessions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques to enhance virtual client interactions.

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
