• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to inform individualized therapy strategies, ensuring that each client’s treatment plan aligns with their specific needs and treatment goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to address and mitigate various mental health challenges.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, maintaining a client-centered approach that encourages open dialogue and trust.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive care and continuous support throughout the client's therapeutic journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with mental health research and trends, participating in workshops, training, and peer supervision as required.

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with clients and a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities tailored to varied client needs.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth platforms.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma resolution, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
