Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, taking into account their unique histories and presenting issues.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and needs.
• Provide engaging telehealth counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of all client information.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, including physicians and psychiatrists, to optimize client care and support holistic treatment approaches.
• Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development workshops to stay current with industry best practices and improve clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, and our counselors are expected to approach therapy with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in mind. Your ability to connect and empathize with clients from different walks of life will be critical in fostering trust and encouraging therapeutic progress.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory for this position.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical or outpatient setting is essential to ensure competency in delivering effective therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and digital consultation tools is highly desirable, enabling seamless virtual interactions.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly with diverse age groups and mental health issues, will enhance your effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
