• Conduct thorough evaluations to establish mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions creatively, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients through their healing journeys and help them achieve personal goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each client encounter, including ongoing assessments, treatment reviews, and necessary case notes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide superior client service by offering compassionate support and effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
• Collaboratively coordinate care with other professionals, including case managers and medical personnel, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Engage in regular clinical meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and organizational updates.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall mission and operations of Unto Life Behavioral Health.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with Unto Life Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A current, active clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland is mandatory.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients empathetically and clearly.
• Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries while building trusting relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and other administrative tasks within designated timelines.
• Experience and comfort in working with a culturally and demographically diverse range of clients.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), may be advantageous.
• Familiarity with current healthcare technologies and electronic health record systems can enhance efficiency in service delivery.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, reflective of experience and qualifications.
