As a remote team member, you will utilize a secure and user-friendly online platform to conduct therapy sessions via video chat. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing video conferencing tools to create a supportive environment.
• Perform assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's individual mental health needs.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and grief, ensuring evidence-based practices are followed.
• Guide clients through therapeutic processes, helping them to develop coping strategies and resilient decision-making skills.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low-acuity mental health issues. These individuals are pre-screened to ensure they are appropriate for telehealth services, allowing you to work effectively on building their resilience and providing necessary support. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including those facing life transitions, stress management challenges, or the aftermath of loss.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current independent licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our online platform and manage virtual client interactions efficiently.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy.
• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is highly desirable, as it equips you with the insights needed to succeed in a virtual environment.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
