This position is performed remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that you remain connected with a supportive team of mental health professionals. While you will engage in virtual sessions from the comfort of your home, our outpatient office model provides a structured framework to enhance collaborative treatment approaches. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental, emotional, and behavioral health of clients, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a variety of issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback to ensure continued alignment with their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to remain informed on best practices, methodologies, and emerging trends in mental health counseling.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance service delivery and program development, striving for improvements in client outcomes as well as operational efficiency.

In your role, you will serve a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with various mental health issues. Your experience and empathy will allow you to connect effectively with clients from different backgrounds, understanding their unique challenges while implementing tailored therapeutic strategies. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is essential for this position.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required, demonstrating your ability to support individuals and families in navigating emotional challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly and foster trust with clients in a virtual environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred, although not mandatory.

• Experience using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care techniques.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation, time management, and excellent communication skills.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 annually.
