This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver quality care from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a strong professional connection with clients and colleagues. You will primarily work in an outpatient setting, engaging in therapy sessions via video conferencing platforms to maintain a personal touch. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Document and maintain comprehensive, confidential client records in compliance with all ethical and legal regulations, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver holistic care and coordinate treatment approaches.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and connect them with community resources to facilitate recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training in the latest therapeutic methodologies and best practices.

Your work will primarily focus on diverse client populations, including individuals from various backgrounds grappling with a range of mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to work with adults and adolescents, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your compassionate approach will help clients build coping strategies and improve their quality of life.

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, coupled with a solid understanding of therapeutic interventions.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trusting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice and a professional demeanor at all times.

• Previous experience in a remote therapy setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Experience with culturally competent practices and addressing the needs of diverse populations.
