Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel mass media marketing campaigns.
  • Stretch a modest budget to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Develop creative, cost-effective strategies to build brand awareness.
  • Negotiate media buys and identify low-cost or organic promotion opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data.
  • Work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

General Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tracking mechanisms such as UTM parameters, tracking pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel), the Google tag (gtag.js), server-side tagging, and offline conversion imports.
  • Understanding of attribution models, remarketing/audience lists, and cross-channel measurement.
  • Technical ability to install, validate, and debug tracking (e.g., using Google Tag Assistant, GA4 DebugView, and the browser developer console).
  • Skilled at analyzing campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and translating insights into actionable optimizations.

What We Offer

  • The freedom to be creative and make a real impact.
  • A fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Remote position.
