Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that engage young adults in sharing their experiences, building community, and developing coping mechanisms through peer support.
• Conduct one-on-one individual therapy sessions, offering empathetic counseling aimed at exploring client thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, guiding them toward overcoming challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable, and achievable goals to guide their progress.
• Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to monitor client progress and adapt strategies to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, regularly communicating on client progress and case complexities to optimize treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, guiding them through outpatient treatment programs that value holistic and evidence-based practices. Our clinic serves individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, providing a supportive environment for healing and growth. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Excellent communication skills, with a genuine desire to connect and collaborate with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work in mental health counseling with young adults or adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
