Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique situation, leveraging evidence-based practices to shape personalized treatment plans that cater to individual goals and challenges.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients' emotional and mental growth, helping them build resilience and find coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other industry standards, ensuring professionalism and oversight in the care you provide.
• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and team meetings to refine treatment approaches and integrate different perspectives into effective care strategies.
• Champion client education by providing guidance on mental health conditions, treatments, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making for clients and their families.
• Stay current with the latest developments in the mental health field to incorporate cutting-edge practices and research into your therapeutic approach, continually enhancing client care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. Your role is pivotal in providing empathetic care and guiding clients toward improved mental health outcomes. Each client's journey will differ, requiring you to tailor your approach while leveraging your training and insights to navigate complex emotional landscapes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, highlighting your academic foundation in mental health.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona, marking your professional readiness to deliver clinical services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling the creation of tailored treatment interventions that address clients' specific needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong therapeutic relationships, fostering trust and openness with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 for this full-time position, reflecting our commitment to valuing your expertise and contribution to the team.
