A Remote Marketing Volunteer is someone who supports an organization’s marketing activities while working from a remote location, often from home. Their tasks can include creating social media content, assisting with email campaigns, conducting market research, or helping with digital outreach. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to gain marketing experience, contribute to a cause, or expand their professional network without needing to be onsite. Remote Marketing Volunteers often collaborate virtually with teams using digital tools and communication platforms.

To thrive as a Remote Marketing Volunteer, you generally need foundational knowledge of marketing principles, digital content creation, and often a relevant educational background or prior experience. Job description

Marketing Automation Manager
Remote / Marketing / Full-Time
Corestream is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to drive strategic campaign development and optimize marketing operations for our Enterprise segment. This is a hands-on but forward-thinking role-you'll partner closely with our Enterprise Marketing and Account Management teams to design and execute sophisticated, multi-stakeholder campaigns while simultaneously building the frameworks and best practices that will scale our entire approach. The Marketing Automation Manager should be a strategic operator: deeply expert in email marketing operations and campaign development, but also someone who thinks critically about process, sees inefficiencies, and knows how to fix them. If this sounds like you, read on...
Location: Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL, but with a significant population of remote employees based all over the country, being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply!
Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement best practices for Enterprise campaign development and delivery, including standardized campaign calendars, project management processes, and workflow tools that scale as we grow
  • Partner strategically with the Enterprise Marketing team and Account Management to develop and execute sophisticated, account-focused email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement and support the sales cycle
  • Lead campaign strategy and development for Enterprise accounts-from initial brief through launch-ensuring each campaign is thoughtfully designed, properly sequenced, and rigorously tested
  • Own the technical and strategic implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) automation for Enterprise campaigns, continuously optimizing for deliverability, performance, and scalability
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation of Enterprise campaign best practices, workflows, and SFMC configurations for team consistency and institutional knowledge
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and Data Science teams to define audience segmentation logic, dynamic content strategies, and reporting frameworks tailored to Enterprise campaign needs
  • Assess and optimize our marketing automation platform and tools to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and eliminate manual processes that slow campaign velocity
  • Provide strategic guidance on end-to-end processes, including audience segmentation, dynamic coding, A/B testing methodologies, and SQL queries specific to Enterprise campaigns
  • Provide secondary support for email and SMS campaigns related to the Brands/Discounts program
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to understand business objectives and translate them into automated, data-driven campaign solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC automation, integrations, and data flows, partnering with your manager and relevant teams as needed

Recipe for Success:
  • 4+ years in a marketing automation or email marketing operations role, with demonstrated expertise in campaign strategy, development, and management
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)-comfort with automation workflows, data extensions, SQL queries, and audience segmentation
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with A/B testing, performance metrics, deliverability best practices, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes, workflows, and documentation that improve team efficiency and campaign quality
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence-you see the big picture while excelling at execution and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders (Account Management, Marketing leaders) and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Curiosity and forward-thinking mindset-you actively look for ways to modernize, optimize, and improve how we work
  • Experience working with Enterprise or mid-market segments, ideally understanding the complexity and nuance of account-based or multi-stakeholder campaigns

Cherries on Top:
  • Experience with benefits marketing, employee engagement, or benefits technology platforms
  • Familiarity with SMS/text marketing platforms and multi-channel campaign orchestration
  • Project management or process improvement experience
  • Understanding of API integrations and data flow between marketing platforms and CRM systems
