As we prepare for our first commercial launch, we are seeking an experienced marketing leader who is energized by the opportunity to build from the ground up, establish foundational capabilities, and shape the promotional medical education strategy for a bestinclass launch.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, HCP Marketing, the Product Manager, HCP Marketing will be responsible for translating HCP brand strategy into high impact launch execution to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. This role shapes and executes launch strategy by connecting data to insight, refining messaging, and driving effective field activation and omnichannel execution.

This role requires both strategic and hands-on executional leadership. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with deep experience in HCP marketing, including launch planning, messaging, creative campaign development, tactical execution, and cross-functional leadership. Mineralys is looking for individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and are motivated to shape a brand from day one.

Previous launch and cardiovascular and/or chronic care experience is strongly preferred. 

Principal Responsibilities

   Develop promotional materials, sales resources, training content, meeting materials, and customer-facing programs that are strategically aligned, clinically appropriate, and compliant with applicable regulations and policies.
   Partner with Sales Training to support field meetings, POA execution, and ongoing development of customer-facing resources.
   Support field execution through management of field communications, resource inventory, sample strategy, local congress/display activities, etc.
   Manage and monitor HCP product budgets, expenses, and resource allocation including samples to maximize business impact and return on investment.
   Manage day-to-day agency relationships, project timelines, and tactical execution to support delivery of marketing initiatives.
   Participate in annual brand planning, launch planning, and tactical planning for assigned product, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, and performance objectives.
   Support market research, advisory boards, congress planning, speaker programs, customer engagement initiatives, and other strategic projects that inform brand decisions.
   Maintain strong knowledge of the therapeutic area, healthcare environment, treatment landscape, customer segments, and evolving competitive dynamics.

Requirements

   A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
   A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge. 
   A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Training, Agency and/or related fields.
   Strong marketing proficiency, project management, verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
   A demonstrated ability to be innovative, proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required.
   Strong analytical, financial acumen and budgeting skills with the ability to interpret market research, performance data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
   Previous experience with chronic care products and/or product launch
