This position is fully remote, allowing licensed counselors the flexibility to work from anywhere while managing their own schedules. Counselors can expect minimal paperwork while maximizing client interaction, leading towards more meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms to address clients’ mental health needs and enhance their overall well-being.
• Guide clients through discussions on emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and healthier relationships.
• Collaborate with clients as they define personal goals and aspirations, acting as their advocate in the therapeutic process.
• Assess clients' mental health status, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement personalized treatment plans with a solution-focused approach.
• Utilize our all-in-one counselor dashboard for live sessions, client messaging, and progress tracking to streamline the therapeutic process.
• Receive ongoing technical support, marketing assistance, and automation of billing to focus solely on delivering care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele comprised of stable adults who have been carefully screened before engaging your services. These clients are characterized by low acuity levels, ensuring that counselors can dedicate their expertise without the complexities associated with severe mental health issues. We prioritize matching clients with counselors based on specialties and demographic preferences, enhancing the effectiveness of the therapeutic alliance.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensure must be current and valid. You should be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing, with no limited or provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with an empathetic nature to foster a trusting relationship with clients.
• Proficiency in technology, particularly in using digital platforms for remote therapy sessions.

• Previous experience in an outpatient or remote counseling setting is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge base in solution-focused therapeutic methods and practices.
• Experience working with adult clients, particularly in managing lower acuity cases.

The salary for this position falls between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, depending on working hours and client load. Full-time counselors also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend, alongside the ability to supplement their income significantly, whether as a side practice or primary employment. Additional benefits include a generous sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposits.
