Overview
All Covered has an exciting opportunity for an Industry Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team.
As an Industry Marketing Manager, you will support our industry practice teams by developing and executing demand generation programs that build brand awareness, generate and nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities through the sales funnel. Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership, business development, portfolio management, partners, and internal marketing teams to create and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
In this role, you will lead innovative programs that drive market awareness, increase customer engagement, strengthen brand preference, and contribute to revenue growth. Leveraging customer insights and data-driven decision making, you will develop targeted campaigns that resonate with key audiences and support business objectives.
This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
• Generate sales pipeline through targeted ABM campaigns, lead nurturing programs, demand generation, regional events/tradeshows, and engaging content
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain a strong understanding of our B2B products & Services, target customer demographics, competitor analysis, and industry segments
• Partner with external agencies and content team to create compelling, personalized content and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences to build positive brand recognition
• Build, execute, measure, and optimize multiple marketing campaigns across multiple channels (owned, earned, shared, and paid), partnering with supporting teams to ensure successful tactic execution
• Define tactics from start to finish by proactively partnering with internal teams for email, web, social, advertising teams, and outside agencies to ensure successful delivery
• Assist in creating and managing customized marketing briefs for internal alignment and to share opportunities for collaboration across the company
• Work with internal teams to create and personalize content, nurture assets, sales enablement materials, and create strategically aligned marketing plans
• Conduct and review research to support program and campaign development; identify, resolve, and escalate campaign risks or issues hindering delivery of tactics
• Propose and validate audience, messaging, and channels for campaign advertising and amplification
• Leverage marketing analytics and reporting platforms to determine campaign success criteria, manage campaign status reports, and continuously audit and improve the digital experience and outcomes
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align on market opportunities, objectives, benchmarks, messaging and audience targets, and content to ensure campaign success
• Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches, and strategies
Qualifications
• Bachelors - preferably in marketing or communication related field
• 8+ years of experience in marketing ideally within a B2B environment
• Have a high level understanding of technology categories such as cloud, security and generative ai
• Experience building and delivering marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs
• Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders but also able to work independently and thrive in ambiguity
• The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1:1 campaigns
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven, you have a grasp on crucial marketing KPIs and what levers to pull to optimize your campaigns to drive performance
• Hands-on execution ability with effective Project management, time management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, ability to anticipate the needs of sales and details driven
• Exhibit initiative, a sense of teamwork, ability to multitask, optimistic, approachable, and a "can-do" attitude
• Demonstrates creative spark as expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.
