The Opportunity

  • Seeking highly competitive and motivated candidates with strong leadership potential interested in becoming a Medical Director.
  • One (1) year Physician Leaders Fellowship program.
  • Graduate of an accredited Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Neurology, Anesthesia, or Psychiatry residency program required.
  • Full-time position.
  • Participate in a wide array of management and leadership experiences.
  • Act as a member of the Vituity senior and executive management team.
  • Collaborate and develop products that impact the practice of your specialty. 
  • Develop an understanding of the clinical, financial, and regulatory issues impacting your specialty. 
  • Complete leadership and management training necessary to successfully negotiate this environment.

The Practice 

  • In over 20 years of existence, this program has produced Medical Directors, Directors in Quality and Performance, Regional Directors, as well as Vituity's current CMO.
