About the role:
You will be responsible for the development and execution of automated marketing programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will design, build, and launch complex email and journey-based campaigns in close partnership with Marketing, Data, and Operations teams. You bring SFMC technical expertise and the ability to translate marketing strategy into, scalable campaign execution.

Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Atlanta, GA. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $91,659 - $120,303 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end campaign lifecycles, translate marketing briefs into technical workflows, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure all milestones are met for timely, high-quality campaign launches.
- Build, launch and monitor multi-touch marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lead nurture, onboarding engagement and retention campaigns.
- Partner with the Data and Ops teams to ensure the right data structures, feeds, and integrations are in place to power journey logic and audience segmentation.
- Use SQL to pull target audiences and troubleshoot issues to deliver campaigns that are error-free and drive value to the business.
- QA all campaign components prior to launch to ensure error-free execution.
- Monitor campaigns performance post-launch to ensure campaigns are performing as intended
- Develop expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, maintaining templates, content blocks, and campaign development processes to contribute to platform governance, documentation, and best practice adoption.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience with a primary focus on marketing automation, marketing operations, or campaign execution
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building complex workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using HTML and AMP script to build dynamic email templates.
- 2+ years using SQL to query databases, build data extensions and troubleshoot audience or data issues
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization and identity resolution

- Background in B2B Marketing
