We are hiring for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management Consultant to join our CSS Inc Team. This position is a fully remote opportunity.
Job Description:  CSS is seeking an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management Consultant for our Managed Services practice. The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional who can thrive in an upbeat and innovative environment and collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art solution. A successful candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud SCM business processes.
This position focuses on guiding and assisting clients through day-to-day system support of all Oracle Cloud SCM modules. The Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management Consultant will use in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Cloud SCM Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, to consult with clients to provide cost-effective solutions and to solve business issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the client team to resolve issues, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and continue system enhancement that will optimize business operations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant with 2+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
  • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead troubleshooting analysis, perform functional configuration, and manage upgrade testing
  • Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements and solving day-to-day issues.
  • Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
The Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management Consultant will proactively contribute to the overall support process, by suggesting & executing new process efficiencies, documenting common support issues and workarounds, to minimize the number of future support requests. A successful candidate will provide high-quality customer support, by working with client teams in gathering information to solve day-to-day system issues. They will also collaborate with the client team in performing upgrade activities such as system configuration, testing, and end-user training and work with Oracle to resolve service requests. This is a fully remote opportunity.
