  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency in a high-volume environment
  • Ensure adherence to Applebee's systems, standards, and company policies
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

People & Culture
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams
