As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will serve as a primary technical resource for employees requiring assistance with computer systems, software applications, hardware devices, and remote connectivity issues. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees via phone, email, chat, and remote support tools.
