APPLICATION & PROCESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST – MAKE SYSTEMS MAKE SENSE

Are you the person everyone turns to when “the system is acting strange”? Do you thrive on figuring things out, making processes smoother, and helping teams feel more confident in the tech they use every day? If you’re a solutions-driven pro with a passion for property management systems and a love for supporting people, you might be our next rockstar.

At Two Coast Living, we’re looking for a full-time, remote Application & Process Support Specialist who can keep our systems running strong, our teams trained and supported, and our processes sharp and scalable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support that Clicks – Manage and resolve incoming support tickets for Entrata and other key platforms—keeping on-site and regional staff informed, equipped, and empowered.
  • System Sleuthing – Troubleshoot lease workflows, resolve resident ledger issues, and smooth out automation hiccups to keep operations seamless.
  • Training That Sticks – Lead virtual (and occasionally on-site) training for teams across the country on system features, updates, and best practices.
  • Process Auditing – Conduct regular system audits to uncover opportunities for improvement, increase accuracy, and reduce future support needs.
  • Collaboration in Action – Work closely with our IT, Operations, and vendor partners to test new features, implement updates, and roll out smarter workflows.
  • Documentation Dynamo – Create and maintain clear, user-friendly guides and resources that help our teams help themselves.

What We Offer:

  • Remote Flexibility – Work from home with the freedom to own your day while supporting teams across time zones.
  • Competitive Compensation – A full-time, exempt role with room to grow.
  • Benefits That Support You – Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with automatic enrollment after 60 days.
  • Time for You – Accrue 80 hours of vacation your first year, plus 40 hours of paid sick leave (or more, depending on location).
  • Holiday Pay – Enjoy paid holidays or earn extra if you’re scheduled to work them.
  • Impact You Can Feel – Your work directly improves the daily experience of site teams, residents, and our national support staff.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A True Troubleshooter – You’re tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and love solving puzzles no one else wants to touch.
  • An Excellent Communicator – You speak “tech” and “people” with equal ease, and you explain things clearly, respectfully, and patiently.
  • A Process-Minded Pro – You love refining workflows, spotting inefficiencies, and building systems that support scale and simplicity.
  • A Trainer-at-Heart – Whether it’s writing a guide or leading a Zoom session, you know how to meet people where they are and leave them feeling capable.
  • Experienced & Equipped – 5+ years supporting property management or enterprise SaaS platforms, especially Entrata Core (strongly preferred). Experience with Nexus or AvidXchange is a plus!
  • Education Matters – High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Multifamily or real estate background? Even better. You’ll feel right at home.

This is a full-time, remote role perfect for a systems-savvy support pro who’s ready to take ownership of our platforms and help users thrive. If you’ve got a passion for solving problems, improving processes, and supporting people—we can’t wait to meet you.

Apply now and be part of a company that values both performance and people.
