This role primarily involves working with diverse individuals suffering from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with a valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• Experience with crisis intervention and developing safety plans for at-risk patients.
