This position offers a fully remote work environment. You will enjoy the flexibility of managing your own hours, with an expectation of over 30 hours per week for full-time counselors. • Deliver compassionate and ethical mental health counseling via video chat, ensuring clients feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, developing tailored treatment plans that encompass clear goals and strategies for progress.
• Teach clients effective coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and enhance their communication skills to improve their overall mental health and well-being.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking support in managing their mental health challenges. This role is centered around individualized care, focusing on therapy that empowers clients to develop healthier coping mechanisms and improve their day-to-day functioning.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current independent licensure in the state of Tennessee as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing you to practice without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions or pending investigations against your professional license.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy, enabling effective communication with clients and ease of use with remote counseling tools.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection to conduct virtual sessions seamlessly.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for counseling.
• Previous experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
