Remote managers focus on maintaining productivity, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring alignment with company goals, even when employees are geographically dispersed. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a balanced caseload of clients while establishing and nurturing professional relationships grounded in ethics and mutual respect.
  • Conduct regular sessions to track client progress, allowing for adjustments to treatment plans based on stability, feedback, and goals.
  • Design, implement, and regularly evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

  • Perform initial intake assessments to gather comprehensive background information for developing effective treatment strategies.
  • Engage in individual therapy sessions with clients weekly, offering tools and strategies for coping and improvement.
  • Participate in individual supervision to foster professional growth and adhere to best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to enhance client care.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, being open to continuous learning and adapting methods for better client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, consisting of adults, children, and families who are experiencing various mental health challenges. As a counselor, you'll be responsible for providing direct psychotherapy services to clients from different backgrounds and age groups, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your efforts will play an essential role in promoting mental wellness and resilience within our communities.

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted, and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY.
  • Ability and comfort to conduct comprehensive intake assessments.
Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates who have experience providing individual and family psychotherapy, as well as those who have worked within a diverse community setting. Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and technologies would be beneficial for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, offering a competitive salary in line with your experience and qualifications. • Bonus opportunities based on performance metrics.
  • W-2 employment status, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Access to in-house cross-training programs to expand your clinical skills.
  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage, including supplemental options.
  • A 401k retirement plan with company contributions to secure your future.
  • Provided malpractice insurance for your peace of mind.
