Role Overview
The LEO team is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager with experience in wireless/satellite communications, networking systems, project management, and program management

The role will interface with cross-functional engineering and program/product management teams with primary focus on delivering Customer Terminal Fleet Management systems, including LEO Terminal Operations, CT L3 networking Control & Data Plane software. Key job responsibilities
Lead development and delivery of LEO Terminal Fleet Management & Networking charter, consolidating fleet observability, configuration management, health monitoring, and remote operations for millions of Customer Terminals globally. Manage CT L3 Core networking stack development including Control Plane and Data Plane implementations, Traffic Shaping, QoS mechanisms, and high-performance packet processing architecture

Drive engineering execution, make technical trade-offs, track cross-functional dependencies between networking software, satellite payload systems, and ground infrastructure, and define KPIs including mean time to detection, configuration drift incidents, fleet availability, and remote operation success rates while ensuring development meets schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
A day in the life
In this role, you will build and scale LEO's Customer Terminal Fleet Management and networking programs. You are accountable for creating and working the complex multi-subsystem program plan for the development, test and delivery of fleet operations systems, CT L3 networking stack, and their integration with LEO's satellite constellation and ground systems for delivering an end-to-end network solution with exceptional quality of experience for our customers. You will deliver systems that provide real-time visibility, proactive monitoring, and remote management capabilities across millions of deployed Customer Terminals.
About the team
The Customer Terminal Fleet Management team is responsible for delivering the complete operational control surface for Customer Terminals from deployment through ongoing maintenance and fleet-wide orchestration

This includes CT Availability & Observability infrastructure, L3 networking stack (Control Plane and Data Plane), Traffic Shaping & QoS mechanisms, telemetry systems, health monitoring through Events & Alarms, and remote device controls. The team owns integration with multiple backend systems to deliver unified fleet operations at scale.
