EXPERIENCE ANALYST
Are you excited about learning the business and client side of software development? We’re in need of an Experience Analyst to join our Operations Team!
Experience Analysts use their creativity and strong communication skills to design new software systems and produce marketing content for audiences in a variety of industries. In addition to project work, all member of the Operations Team participate in other activities that support the business.
You’ll love this role if:

What you’ll do:
  • Work directly with the client to define new software products
  • Design attractive, easy to use software interfaces
  • Condense business needs into documents that the development team can understand
  • Thoroughly test new features, log bugs and changes, and demo them to clients
  • Communicate regularly with clients and software developers on your respective projects
  • Assist in tracking progress on your projects and identifying potential roadblocks
  • Create content for inbound marketing including infographics, blogs, and case studies
  • Plan and participate in employee engagement efforts
