- Knowledge on Parallel Sysplex concepts, Catalog management, IBM system utilities.
- Installation and maintenance of ISV products, REXX, RMF, SMF.
- System parameters/parmlib maintenance.
- Managing incidents on storage related issues.
- Storage performance monitoring and reporting.
- Hardware knowledge on large scale hardware vendors (IBM, EMC).
