Job Title - Technical Specialist (Mainframe Expert)

This position is ideal for an experienced mainframe professional with a strong background in IBM z/OS and related technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimising the client''s mainframe infrastructure while working closely with application development and infrastructure teams.
Key Technical Requirements:
  • Strong experience with IBM z/OS operating system
  • CICS administration, support, troubleshooting, and debugging
  • DB2 administration and SQL programming
  • IMS
  • JCL (Job Control Language)
  • Endevor configuration and release management
  • Elixir
  • Strong understanding of SQL performance tuning and optimisation
  • Experience working with DB2 tools and utilities
  • Knowledge of IBM MQ and middleware technologies is highly preferred
