• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds, gathering detailed information about their challenges and treatment needs.

• Design tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies, addressing both mental health concerns and co-occurring issues such as substance abuse or life transitions.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, implementing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices that foster engagement and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and case managers, to coordinate holistic care and ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and support for clients’ families, enhancing their understanding and role in the recovery process.

Your clients will include individuals of all ages facing various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. This diverse client base requires a nuanced understanding of different backgrounds and the ability to adapt your therapeutic approach accordingly.

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or social work will enhance your candidacy.

• Exceptional communication skills, essential for effectively engaging clients and collaborating within a virtual team.
