Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Work location: Remote - Texas Health Resources: 612 East Lamar Blvd Arlington, Texas 76011
Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)

Here's What You Need 
    Bachelor's Degree in marketing, information technology, computer science, business administration or relevant field AND
    4 years related experience required AND
    2 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (previously Exact Target) preferred AND
    Experience in Healthcare preferred.

What You Will Do 
    Serve as technical expert on new project initiatives and participate in application design sessions.
    Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.
    Collaborate with internal feature development teams to determine the best path for Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Health Cloud platform implementations.
    Formulate system scope and objectives, develop detailed design specifications, and translate system functions/features to programming specifications.
    Analyze user needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
    Confer with Health Cloud administrators, project managers, systems analysts, engineers, and others to understand platform capabilities, project limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces.
    Create and manage Data Extensions and Triggered Send Interactions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    Design and manage Synchronized Data Objects.
    Work within an Agile team to meet changing needs and requirements, developing, executing, and managing Agile stories within defined scope.
    Troubleshoot complex problems, perform gap analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
    Understand business needs, platform capabilities, and requirements and resolve technical issues in a thorough and timely manner.
