This remote position focuses on providing vital support and resources to individuals in a detox center environment, where you will make a significant difference in the lives of those navigating their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the needs of clients at the detox center, exploring emotional, psychological, and social factors influencing their treatment.
  • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, outlining specific interventions and goals that align with their recovery objectives.
  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, offering guidance and emotional support as clients navigate their treatment and life transitions.
  • Advocate for clients' rights within the healthcare system, ensuring they have access to necessary resources, treatment options, and community services.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical staff and addiction counselors, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Regularly monitor client progress through virtual check-ins, adjusting care plans as needed to reflect changes in clientsโ€™ circumstances or treatment responses.
  • Facilitate family meetings to enhance communication about clientsโ€™ progress and address any concerns or conflicts surrounding their care.

Qualifications
