• Serve as a clinician, addressing both individual and community needs by providing direct support for clients dealing with major mental illnesses.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring access to a range of linked health services, and exchanging vital information with clients, family members, and providers.
• Conduct brief and thorough assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to determine the appropriate level of care for each client.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals, contributing to a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
• Monitor client progress, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and tracking outcomes to facilitate timely interventions.
• Participate in crisis interventions, utilizing your clinical skills to provide immediate support as needed and ensuring a safe environment for all clients.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support treatment plans and outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social work and mental health.

This role focuses on working with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds. Many clients may face stigma or barriers to accessing care, making your empathetic and non-judgmental approach essential. You will leverage your skills to foster trust and build rapport with clients, helping them navigate their personal challenges while enhancing their overall well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for mental health disorders, along with crisis management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, that facilitate clear and effective interactions with clients, families, and team members.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, enabling you to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining comprehensive client records.
• Culturally competent, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet the developmental and cultural needs of diverse populations.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a social work or mental health setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in community health environments, or with under-served populations, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in developing integrated care plans and working within multidisciplinary teams.
