• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to establish a comprehensive understanding of each client's background and needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are sensitive to their cultural backgrounds, personal goals, and specific mental health challenges.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring that clients in acute distress receive immediate and appropriate support while coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients and their families through psychoeducation initiatives, equipping them with crucial knowledge and practical skills for effective mental health management.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for complex patient issues.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate therapeutic effectiveness and make necessary modifications to enhance patient growth.
• Stay informed of the latest research, practices, and trends in mental health, integrating new findings into your therapeutic approach to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, family dynamics, and other mental health challenges. Our trauma-informed approach prioritizes creating a safe space for clients to express their feelings and experiences, promoting resilience and healing while respecting their unique cultural backgrounds.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for establishing rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and client engagement.
• Experience working with a telehealth model is a plus, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient documentation.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, with actual compensation being determined by factors such as geographical location, work experience, and educational background.
