As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Interface Mental Healthcare, you will:

• Serve as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers, ensuring a unified approach to mental health care.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization, ensuring access to necessary services for clients.
• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare processes, tailoring support strategies that align with each client’s unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic meal support, promoting healthy relationships with food while delivering guidance on nutrition and wellness.
• Deliver safe, empathetic, and culturally affirming care, taking into account clients’ diverse identities and experiences.

This role primarily focuses on older adults, who often present complex emotional and psychological challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing their needs through therapeutic interventions and supportive counseling. Experience with geriatric populations is essential, as you will navigate various life transitions and health conditions that impact their mental health.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.
• Proven experience working with older adult populations in clinical settings.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic assessment skills to inform client care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster meaningful client relationships.
• The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following will be prioritized:
