Work Environment

This position allows for a flexible working environment as it is primarily remote, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. We utilize telehealth platforms that are secure and HIPAA-compliant, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care even from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Engage in evidence-based counseling techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused counseling.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in compliance with organizational policies.
• Establish a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship to empower patients during their healing journey.
• Provide referrals to additional mental health services or specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in mental health to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
