Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive, therapeutic relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, determine their stability, and discuss upcoming appointments, ensuring appropriate discharge planning when necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing the specific needs of each client.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, evaluating their mental health needs and treatment goals.
  • Engage in individual therapy sessions weekly, adapting approaches to meet each client's evolving needs.
  • Participate in individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated and multidisciplinary approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at our center, you will serve a varied patient population, including individuals and families navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
