Description

The primary role of the Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide knowledgeable and professional support to customers by answering questions related to products, pricing, availability, orders, and services. This position is responsible for day-to-day order entry, order management, and customer service activities while working from a remote environment.

The CSR serves as a key point of contact for customers through phone, email and other digital communication channels. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key performance metrics include call volume, order processing measurements and accuracy, response times and attendance expectations.

The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building positive customer relationships.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Interactions

• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and concerns.

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email and other electronic communication channels.

• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and empathy during all customer interactions.

• Build trust and establish positive relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits
