Job description

Licensed Health Insurance Agent
Join the Connexion Point Team!
Connexion Point is looking for experienced and licensed Medicare agents to support our members through service-focused, consultative conversations. This is a loyalty and retention role, not a traditional sales floor. You'll be working with existing Medicare members, helping them understand their coverage, resolving concerns, and keeping them engaged and informed. If you've spent time in Medicare and want a lower-pressure environment where relationships actually matter, this might be the right fit.
What we offer:
  • $19.00/hr. base pay
  • Seasonal incentive opportunity of $500-$1,000 tied to quality, retention, and member engagement
  • Paid training and AHIP certification covered
  • Non-resident licenses and renewals covered
  • Continuing education credits
  • Remote/work-from-home

Schedule
Training runs Monday through Friday. Once AEP begins, you'll move to your assigned production schedule from our Workforce Management team. Production schedules include at least one weekend day per week.
This is a seasonal role running through AEP/OEP. Our best-performing agents are considered for extended opportunities as client needs allow.
What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare members, focused on retention, education, and issue resolution
  • Guide members through their coverage options and next steps without high-pressure tactics
  • Meet performance expectations around call quality, member engagement, retention metrics, and schedule adherence
  • Keep communication current with your supervisor and team
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Active Health or Health & Life license
  • Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
  • Comfortable working across multiple software systems
  • Strong communicator with a service-first approach
  • Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
  • Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
  • Willing to complete a background check
  • Basic computer skills and tech knowledge

Preferred:
  • Telesales or contact center experience
  • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, retention programs, or loyalty-based outreach
