Job description

RYZ Labs is hiring for a Data Center Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate high-availability network fabrics. Experience with spine–leaf, BGP/EVPN/VXLAN preferred. On-call rotation required.

Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain data center networks and interconnects.
Monitor network performance/capacity; optimize to meet uptime and latency targets.
Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and packet loss; perform RCA and remediation.
Implement network security and segmentation (ACLs, firewalls, microsegmentation).
Automate provisioning and configuration (Ansible/Python); maintain documentation.
Plan and execute changes, upgrades, and lifecycle management with minimal downtime.:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in CS/EE/IT or equivalent experience.
4+ years in data center networking.
Strong routing/switching: BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, ECMP, IPv4/IPv6, QoS.
Hands-on with Cisco/Arista/Juniper; experience with ACI or EVPN fabrics; LB/firewalls a plus.
Proficient with monitoring and NetOps tools (e.g., NetBox, SolarWinds, sFlow/SNMP, Grafana).
Scripting/automation (Python, Ansible) and version control (Git).
Certifications a plus: CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP, Arista ACE.
