This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. We offer flexible scheduling options tailored to fit your lifestyle. Counselors can choose full-time (over 30 hours/week) or part-time (over 5 hours/week) hours. • Conduct video counseling sessions while providing ethical and compassionate mental health support tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform ongoing assessments and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific goals.
• Facilitate skill development in coping mechanisms, problem-solving techniques, and communication strategies, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with organizational policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case reviews for continuous improvement of therapeutic methods.

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity, stable adults seeking assistance with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, mild depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Our clients value a supportive environment where they can explore their challenges and work towards improvement. Your role is vital in fostering trust and delivering quality care that propels our clients towards better mental health.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current independent licensure as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD without supervision.
• No prior disciplinary actions on professional license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of computer literacy to manage counseling tools effectively.
• Stable internet connection to ensure seamless online interactions with clients.

Although not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient mental health settings or those with advanced training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy) will be highly regarded. Additionally, familiarity with digital counseling platforms can significantly enhance your efficiency in this role.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on the hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus, benefits include:
