• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, focusing on solution-focused interventions that empower clients in their recovery journey.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring your therapeutic techniques align with each client's individual needs.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical records, diligently adhering to HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive care. Your role will include regular communication and coordination of services to optimize client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and stay informed of best practices in the mental health field.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment options, and availability of community support resources, helping them feel empowered in managing their conditions.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health care, implementing new findings into practice to continually elevate the quality of service offered to clients.

Your primary focus will be students grappling with various emotional and behavioral issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will be tasked with empowering these individuals to overcome their challenges through targeted interventions and therapeutic support, ensuring a sustainable impact on their emotional wellbeing and educational success.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to professional excellence and a strong foundation in social work principles.
• An active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey, confirming your qualifications and adherence to professional standards in delivering clinical care.
• A depth of understanding in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and the ability to apply personalized interventions to meet individual client needs.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with children or adolescents.
• A background in school social work or experience interfacing with educational institutions is highly valued.

• Experience in utilizing telehealth technologies for delivering mental health services.

The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 90,000 and USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
