Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing, reconciliation, customer account maintenance, and payment resolution activities. This remote role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience working with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
What You'll Do:
  • Review, analyze, and process memo requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconcile and validate billing invoices across ERP platforms and related systems.
  • Maintain customer database to support accurate, consistent, and timely account information.
  • Evaluate and reconcile customer rebate programs and related account activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve billing, payment, and accounts receivable issues.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts receivable payment discrepancies to support timely resolution.
  • Monitor accounts receivable bank activity, including debits, exceptions, and irregular transactions.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience using online banking applications, reporting tools, and standard business systems.
  • Comfortable working with internet-based tools and computer applications.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and BlackLine preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Information:
  • Compensation Range: $16.49 - $23.58
