This role is based in a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations through telehealth to understand each client's mental health concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities based on client preference and complexity of issues.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring all client records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health care.

The clients you will serve encompass a wide range of backgrounds and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a therapist, you will adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs of each individual, working to foster a safe and trusting environment through telehealth. You will be an essential source of support for clients facing mental health challenges, empowering them to manage their circumstances effectively.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients, characterized by empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively oversee a diverse caseload while ensuring adherence to administrative responsibilities.

• Experience providing teletherapy, with a familiarity of best practices in remote counseling.
• Previous work in diverse settings, enabling a comprehensive understanding of varying client needs and backgrounds.
• Knowledge of specific therapeutic methodologies, enhancing the effectiveness of interventions based on clients’ unique experiences.
