About Stella Construction

Stella Roofing Services provides residential and commercial roofing and exterior services with a focus on quality workmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Roofing Coordinator Assistant to support field operations and help keep projects organized and on schedule.


Position Overview

This role supports roofing and exterior construction projects through a combination of field coordination, documentation, and hands-on assistance. The position is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working both on job sites and with project tracking systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver materials to active job sites
  • Coordinate/manage the start, production, and closing of residential roofing and related construction projects.
  • Ensure materials, permits, trades, and access are prepared and scheduled.
  • working with sales to manage and create estimates/takeoffs
  • Inventory items from the shop to bring to the job site and ordering materials for each project.
  • Upload and maintain project documentation, including photos and records
  • Update internal systems with daily project notes and progress
  • Perform site visits to monitor job progress and quality standards
  • Assist with minor repair tasks and general project support (training provided)
  • Support scheduling, crew coordination, and daily job logistics
  • Assist with job site setup, material staging, and final cleanup
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain organized work areas
Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, or computer systems
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting heavy materials
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • No experience needed for this role, we are willing to train from the ground up


Compensation & Benefits
  • $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience
