  • Provide virtual and/or onsite primary care services
  • Conduct patient evaluations via scheduled visits
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Participate in credentialing and compliance requirements
Requirements
  • Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Preferred
  • Active California medical license (required)
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine preferred
  • DEA registration
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Telemedicine experience preferred
