  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services, ideally in acute care or detox environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical for fostering therapeutic relationships with patients and collaborative partnerships with colleagues.
  • Strong clinical skills, particularly in assessment and the development of evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies to facilitate efficient management of patient information.
  • A well-rounded understanding of various mental health disorders and a passion for advocating for the well-being of patients.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical practices at all times in the delivery of care.
