You will interact closely with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social work peers, all working towards a common goal: improving patient outcomes. • Provide high-quality psychotherapy to patients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate patients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, allowing for the creation of tailored treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that respect cultural backgrounds and patient preferences, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on real-time feedback from clients and multidisciplinary team members.
• Offer educational resources to both patients and their family members, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources.

The ideal candidate for this role will work directly with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including addiction and co-occurring disorders, in a detox center setting. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position, ensuring that candidates possess the necessary theoretical foundation for practice.
• A current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory, validating your qualifications to offer therapy and mental health services.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services, ideally in acute care or detox environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical for fostering therapeutic relationships with patients and collaborative partnerships with colleagues.
• Strong clinical skills, particularly in assessment and the development of evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
