• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy to patients dealing with mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, using evidence-based methodologies.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and social circumstances to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Implement tailored treatment strategies in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, adapting therapeutic interventions based on observable results and ongoing patient feedback.
• Educate and empower patients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and support systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions and documentation.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Social Mind Solution-focused Therapy, you will primarily engage with diverse populations in a hospice setting. This includes providing care to patients grappling with terminal illnesses, complex grief, and various mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience and coping mechanisms among patients, helping them and their families navigate difficult emotional landscapes.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and collaboration with patients and the healthcare team.
• Robust clinical acumen, including the ability to conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
